What is your role at Premico?

I work at Premico as a technical property manager. My duties include property inspections, coordinating apartment renovations and fault repairs, and monitoring maintenance schedules. Additionally, I competitively bid on property maintenance contracts, oversee maintenance operations, and handle resident collaboration. Keeping track of utility usage, maintaining updated emergency plans, and carrying out fire and rescue maintenance tasks are also part of my responsibilities.

What inspires and motivates you? What qualities and skills does your job require?

I get to assist residents and resolve various challenging situations; the best part is having satisfied residents. In addition to problem-solving skills, my job requires patience, social skills, empathy, and the ability to effectively utilize a network of collaborators.

What is the best thing about Premico, or what sets it apart from others?

The best part about working at Premico is the positive atmosphere within the organization. I can rely on the support of my supervisor and the entire team, and when needed, I can also receive assistance from other teams.
