Values guide operations, decision-making and corporate culture. Premico‘s values took their current form in 2024 from customer and personnel consultations conducted to support strategy work. Values open up what we at Premico believe in and consider important. Values help create a common understanding of how we act and what kind of behaviour we cherish.
