Premico’s sustainability work is based on the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and focuses on three key areas:

Environmental responsibility in real estate investment
Our objective is to reduce greenhouse gas emissions from the properties we manage and to improve energy efficiency.
Key actions include:
- reducing energy consumption
- transitioning to low-emission energy sources in purchased energy
- increasing the use of renewable energy solutions, such as geothermal heating and solar power
We monitor progress using, among other indicators, emissions intensity metrics.
People and a responsible workplace
Our people are at the core of our operations. We aim to build a workplace that supports well-being, competence and professional development.
We develop our operations by:
- monitoring employee well-being and job satisfaction
- supporting skills development
- developing leadership and managerial practices
We track employee experience through indicators such as eNPS and set targets for continuous improvement.
Good governance and financial responsibility in real estate investment
We are committed to good governance and responsible value creation.
Our key priorities include:
- profitable growth
- transparent and open interaction with clients
- development of administrative processes
- continuous improvement of customer and resident experience
We monitor our performance through financial indicators as well as customer and resident satisfaction.
Premico’s Code of Conduct guides our operations and ensures adherence to ethical principles.
Sustainability reporting and monitoring
We publish an annual sustainability report that provides a transparent overview of our targets, actions and results. Our reporting is based on identified key topics and our own defined sustainability targets.
