What is your role at Premico?
My job description is diverse, I handle both rental services and customer management tasks. I can plan my workdays independently, which typically start with processing apartment applications, drafting lease agreements, or filling out client reports. I also prepare apartment advertisements, determine rent levels and participate weekly in meetings with our key foreign customers, where we review rental figures and plan for the future. Sometimes I also design different renovation solutions for apartments. In the afternoons, I usually give apartment presentations or reply to emails.
What inspires and motivates you? What qualities and skills does your job require?
The real estate and property sector is inherently interesting, and it feels like you learn something new every day. In my role, what is particularly exciting is finding a suitable home for a resident while ensuring our key clients are satisfied with the results. This job requires staying up-to-date with the latest trends and having a deep understanding of the real estate market. Essential skills include sales acumen, strong self-management abilities, and a solid knowledge of real estate law and regulations.
