Finland’s first real estate fund that has invested in affordable rental housing development utilising the state’s short-term interest subsidy. Between 2017 and 2020, the fund developed nearly 1,000 new affordable rental apartments, mainly in the Helsinki metropolitan area and surrounding municipalities. Premico acts as the alternative investment fund manager for the fund.

Sister fund to Premico Residential Fund I. Has developed over 400 affordable rental apartments in the Helsinki metropolitan area and surrounding municipalities. Premico acts as the alternative investment fund manager for the fund.

• Investors include pension funds, trade unions, university foundations, and private foundations
• Investment period: ended

The Fund develops energy-efficient and operationally carbon-neutral rental apartment buildings in the Helsinki metropolitan area and Turku. The properties are built to energy class A, will seek BREEAM or LEED certification, and comply with the EU Taxonomy requirements for new construction.
• Established: in 2026. The fund continues the operations of Premico Residential Fund III SCA-SICAV RAIF, established in 2022.
• Investment value: approximately €45 million
• Investors include pension companies, trade unions, and foundations
• Investment period: ended

Premico acts as a partner to Merimieseläkekassa in a residential separate account mandate comprising a property portfolio of 463 apartments located in three Finnish cities. Premico is responsible for the execution of the investment strategy as well as the active development and value creation of the portfolio in accordance with an investment strategy tailored together with the client.
