Experienced real estate investment professional Ville Siivonen will start in his role on January 8, 2024.
LLM, MSc (Econ), MSc Ville Siivonen will start as Director, Residential Funds in Premico’s Real Estate Investment Management Business Unit. Siivonen is an experienced investment professional, accumulating extensive experience in private equity funds, alternative investment fund structures, portfolio management, transactions and finance, as well as overseeing real estate development projects in an international setting.
Throughout his career, Siivonen served as a partner at Vicus Capital Advisors Oy, where his responsibilities involved designing and executing fund strategies and structures, fundraising, transactions and financing, portfolio management, and leading real estate development and advisory projects. He also worked as an M&A analyst at Conventum Corporate Finance Oy (2004-2005).
