Premico sustainability report 2025 published

Premico has published its Sustainability Report for 2025. The report outlines the objectives, actions and results of the company’s sustainability work from the perspectives of environmental impact, personnel, and good governance.

The year 2025 marked a strategic transition for Premico. Following the divestment of its construction management consulting business, the company will focus exclusively on real estate fund and asset management operations going forward. At the same time, sustainability efforts continued with a particular focus on reducing the environmental impact of the managed residential portfolios.

“During the year, we succeeded in reducing emissions in individual projects, but our sustainability efforts did not progress in all respects at the level we had targeted. The report helps us identify concrete areas for improvement and build a more systematic approach to sustainability work for the years ahead,” says Premico’s CEO Sami Kiehelä.

The report introduces Premico’s sustainability targets and related metrics. In environmental responsibility, key themes include improving energy efficiency, transitioning to low-emission energy sources and increasing the use of renewable energy solutions in properties. From a personnel perspective, the report focuses on well-being, competence development and leadership practices. In terms of good governance and financial responsibility, the main priorities include transparent operations, improving customer and resident experience, and profitable growth.
