The real estate sector has taken a significant step towards more sustainable reporting mandated by the EU’s new Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD). Premico is collaborating with nearly 20 industry stakeholders to develop a common model for sustainability reporting. The shared data model not only expedites and facilitates compliance with reporting obligations but also improves comparability, which is crucial for assessing the industry’s sustainability.
“A significant part of our sustainability efforts at Premico is actively participating in the dialogue and development concerning our industry. It is important for us to be involved in creating a common model for sustainability reporting together with key players in our industry,” says Premico’s CEO Sami Kiehelä.
