Funds and separate accounts
We develop and manage both pooled alternative investment funds as well as separate account mandates, that are targeted to single investors and implement individually defined investment strategy. All our fund products are exclusively focused on residential investments, Premico is an Alternative Investment Fund Manager licensed and supervised by the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority.

Asset management
We act as the local partner for capital partners in designing and executing residential investment strategies in Finland. We lead the on-the-ground implementation of the strategy and provide our partners with deep residential investment expertise.
