Completed in June, the Premico Residential Fund III project joins the ranks of Premico’s sustainability-certified projects.
Turun Harppuunan Kippari is the second project completed for Premico Residential Fund III. Completed in 2023, Espoon Phoenix is Gold-level LEED certified. In addition, both sites meet the requirements of the EU taxonomy and belong to energy class A. As Oy Helsingin Postinkulku, which is currently under construction, will also meet the fund’s high environmental criteria.
Premico’s construction management organization acted as a construction consultant in a project contracted by Mangrove Oy. Ramboll was responsible for environmental consulting.
“The BREEAM certificate is a long-awaited recognition of the successful Turun Harppuun Kippari apartment building project,” says Ville Siivonen, Director, Residential Funds at Premico.
The apartments located at Vallihaudankatu 1, near Turku Castle and the banks of the Aura River, are rented by Premico Kodit, which specialises in the brokerage and management of rental apartments.
