A total of 95 rental apartments and commercial space will be completed in the two apartment buildings, As Oy Turun Harppuunan Kippari, being built near Turku Castle, by next summer. The topping-out ceremony was celebrated at the end of November in beautiful winter weather.
A total of 95 rental apartments and one commercial space will be completed in the two apartment buildings, As Oy Turun Harppuunan Kippari, being built near Turku Castle, in the summer of 2024. The topping-out ceremony was celebrated at Kippari’s construction site in excellent winter weather alongside Mangrove’s teams. In his speech, our CIO, Samuel Tuomola, thanked everyone for the smooth cooperation, excellent workmanship, and particularly emphasized the good attitude and team spirit at the site.
Premico and Mangrove share values in sustainable development. The project is carried out in accordance with the BREEAM environmental certification and the EU Taxonomy criteria. The heating solution for A-class energy-efficient buildings is an ecological ground-source heat pump, complemented by solar energy in energy production.
