A real estate fund advised by Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing (“MSREI”) in a joint venture with Premico and RIM have finalized the sale of 1,594 rental apartments with Kojamo plc on the 30th of April 2018. The agreement on the sale was reported earlier in the spring.
Following the sale, the representative of the new landlord in Finland is Asuntoverstas Oy, responsible for the letting and tenant management of the properties. Premico Consulting Oy will manage the property development and renovation and the property manager will from now on be Premico Management Oy.
