Premico Residential Fund III (Premico Asuntorahasto III Ky), managed by Premico, has completed the refinancing of the loans for its residential portfolio in cooperation with Danske Bank. The arrangement covers the fund’s three existing investment properties as well as the debt financing of a property currently under construction in Puistola, Helsinki. The total financing amount is EUR 34 million.
Premico Residential Fund III develops energy-efficient, high-quality rental housing in the Helsinki metropolitan area and other growth centres. All of the fund’s investment properties have been built to energy class A and in compliance with the EU Taxonomy requirements for new construction. The properties have also received BREEAM or LEED environmental certification. The fund aims for its properties to achieve operational carbon neutrality.
The new facility is a green loan aligned with Danske Bank’s Green Finance Framework.
The fund’s latest investment is Puistolan Helmi, currently under construction in the Puistola district of Helsinki. The property is scheduled for completion in September 2027. Once completed, the fund’s portfolio will comprise four investment properties and a total of 309 rental apartments.
