Finland’s second Implementation Phase BREEAM environmental certification with a rating of “Very Good” and an overall score of 60.4 % has been awarded to two new buildings of Asunto Oy Kokkovuori.
Premico acted as the construction consultant on behalf of Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing (MSREI), and SWECO acted as the project’s local environmental consultant.
“Sweco’s BREEAM expert supervised and coordinated the preparation of the evidence material and compiled the application for BREEAM. The entire project organization contributed commendably to the design and implementation in accordance with the requirements. The collaboration with designers, contractors, and BREEAM experts proceeded in a positive spirit,” summarizes Premico’s project engineer Eetu Järvinen.
The final certificate received now was an expeted continuation of the previous BREEAM certificate in the design phase, which was granted in the fall of 2022. Asunto Oy Kokkovuori was completed in late summer 2023, and the leasing of the apartments on Hauenkalliontie is now managed by Premico Kodit.
