Premico began its 60th anniversary year. As part of the company’s development, we will now describe our operations through the following three business areas: Real Estate Investment Management, Construction Management, and Living.

The Rental Housing business area encompasses apartment leasing, rental management, maintenance management, and corporate governance. Olli Partanen, who had a decade-long career at Premico, started as the Business Director for Living at the beginning of 2023. Under Olli’s leadership, the restructured rental housing teams are led by team leaders Jenna Stark (leasing), Anniminna Koski (tenant management and real estate finance), Pia Akselin (property management), and Jenni Saarinen (customer service and support). Henna Kemppainen continues as the Business Director for Construction Management, and the company’s partner and Investment Director Samuel Tuomola leads the real estate investment management business.
