Our operations have been audited by a third party quality auditor and the quality has been verified with the RALA certificate.

At the end of the project, we compile a handover material that supports the use and maintenance. We can also take care of the tasks during the warranty period, ensuring that the project meets all expectations even in the long term.

We ensure that environmental responsibility goals are taken into account in all our projects. Our organization has expertise in improving the energy efficiency of properties and applying for BREEAM and LEED environmental certificates. Our goal is to promote sustainable practices and reduce environmental impact in all our operations.

We are independent of design and construction services, which ensures that projects are carried out in accordance with the needs and interests of our customers. We can handle the entire construction project from start to finish or focus only on specific areas, offering flexibility and tailor-made solutions to each customer’s individual requirements.

  • Project planning

    In project planning, we go through the project’s spatial requirements, qualitative goals, schedule and cost targets together. Based on these, we draw up a project plan that describes the preliminary scope, quality objectives, schedule and budget of the project.

  • Project's cost estimate

    The project’s cost estimate plays a crucial role in the early stages of the project, when the biggest cost-influencing decisions are made. We help you calculate costs and make estimates from start to finish, also taking life cycle costs into account. We offer individual cost estimates and comparative calculations at different stages, utilising the comparison material of Finnish construction projects and our diverse experience in different projects.

  • Design management

    Design management begins with procurement of the project designers. We make sure that the design goals have been defined, the goals have been incorporated into the plans, the planning process leads to the set goals and produces plans with acceptable requirements. We ensure that the schedule, costs and quality of planning correspond to the goals set for them. These measures ensure that the scope, time, quality and cost targets set for the project can be achieved.

  • Construction management

    Our construction management service helps you choose the most suitable project delivery method for your project. We prepare a project schedule and budget for the project in accordance with the customer’s goals and support the client in decision-making. Communication with the client and other project stakeholders is carried out carefully and as proactively as possible. We ensure that the scope, time, quality and cost targets set for the project are achieved and that the project documentation is made appropriately.

  • Procurement service

    Our procurement service takes care of all necessary measures to complete the purchase. We prepare invitations to tender, arrange contract negotiations and conclude contracts. The procurement is carried out on a case-by-case basis, either through competitive tendering or negotiated procedure. We ensure that a reliable operator suitable for the nature of the project is selected for the project and ensure that the obligations required by law are met.

  • Construction supervision

    Construction supervision ensures that construction and technical building services work are carried out in accordance with laws and regulations, plans and agreements, and good construction practice. Our supervisors carry out structural and building services inspections and intervene in possible errors and problems, not forgetting documentation and monitoring of repairs.

  • Production of professional handover material

    The production of professional handover material at the end of the project ensures that there is appropriate documentation of the construction project for future liability and warranty issues. The donation material also contributes to future construction and renovation projects and the use of the building. Professional transfer material helps preserve the value of the property in the long term.

  • Tasks of the warranty period

    We agree on the tasks of the warranty period together with the customer and ensure their appropriate implementation.

  • Long term refurbishment plan

    The long term refurbishment plan is based on a survey of the building, which assesses the condition of structures and technical systems. Based on it, repair needs for the coming years are determined, which are scheduled over a long period of time. The plan calculates the cost estimates of the measures and plans the financing. Finally, a report is drawn up that brings together the property’s repair needs and their impact on maintenance and value, with the aim of managing maintenance costs in advance.

  • Technical Due Dilligence (TDD)

    Technical Due Dilligence (TDD) includes a comprehensive assessment of the technical condition of an object, including structures, materials and engineering systems. It identifies maintenance and repair needs, checks compliance with building permits and regulations, and assesses the life cycle and future renewal needs. The TDD process also includes consideration of technical and structural risks, such as moisture damage and fire safety, as well as an assessment of environmental requirements and energy efficiency. The aim is to provide a comprehensive picture of the technical risks of the project or property and their impact on the investment.
