
Premico Residential Fund III has today signed an agreement with Toivo Group Plc on the construction of an approximately EUR 15 million apartment building in Puistola, Helsinki. Construction of the project will begin immediately, and the property will be handed over to the buyer in September 2027.
The project will comprise 73 rental apartments. The property is located next to a pleasant single-family housing area, right beside Puistola’s commuter rail station. The buildings will be constructed to energy class A in accordance with LEED environmental certification requirements, and the property will be heated using geothermal heating.
