Our Sustainability Promise

Our Responsibility Promise is a Better Life for People and the Environment. Our sustainability work is based on the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and focuses on three themes: the environment, social responsibility, and the finance with good governance.

We reduce our environmental impact by, among other things, investing in renewable energy solutions at the property level, improving energy efficiency, and actively exploring new opportunities to promote the circular economy in our business operations. Starting in 2024, we will measure our progress by calculating our annual carbon footprint.

We aim to create a workplace where people feel well and develop professionally. That’s why we systematically monitor employee well-being, skills development, and the effectiveness of leadership. Our goal is for everyone working with us to find their work meaningful and to have the opportunity to grow.

In our business, we emphasize responsibility and transparency. We monitor return on invested capital and customer satisfaction to ensure that we can continuously develop our operations on a sustainable foundation.

We reduce environmental impacts in properties managed by Premico
Our goal is to reduce emissions (kgCO₂-eq/m²/year) from the properties we manage. In 2024, we will calculate actual emissions for the first time.

We continuously monitor employee well-being and ensure its realization through reliable indicators:

  • Pikaote: Fair and equal treatment, target 5.
  • Pikaote: Well-being score, target 9.
  • Pikaote: eNPS, target 70.
  • Management barometer, target 9.
  • Completed Performance Development Discussions, target 100%.
We increase owner value
We regularly collect feedback and measure customer satisfaction, using NPS as the numerical indicator. 

 

 

 

We promote employee competence
The achievement rate of training goals is measured.
Responsibility training is organized regularly and participation is verified (yes/no).
We ensure good governance and business ethics
We produce internal training materials supporting good governance and monitor the percentage of completed training in Premico’s E-learning environment, target 100%.
