Spektri offers tenants a superb location and urban living by the sea.
The 83 affordable rental apartments of the As Oy Helsingin Spektri have been completed. The property is managed by Premico Residential Fund II Ky, and it was financed through a short-term interest rate subsidy loan from the Housing Finance and Development Centre of Finland (ARA). Tuula Myllykangas from Premico’s new construction management team served as the project manager for the construction of the property, with Skanska Talonrakennus Oy acting as the main contractor.
The leasing of the apartments is managed by Premico Kodit, specializing in rental property brokerage and management. According to rental agent Heli Räsänen, presenting the property has been a pleasure. “The excellent sauna facilities, laundry room, and modern materials in bathrooms and kitchens have impressed visitors. The ferry to the city center is also a definite hit,” says Heli.
Spektri is located at Kultakruununkaari 1. The area provides excellent amenities for those who value an active lifestyle. Comprehensive services are available, including daycare, schools, and a grocery store, as well as Finland’s first rebranded R-kiosk, located on the property’s ground floor.
“Spektri offers tenants a superb location and urban living by the sea. The upcoming Kruunuvuori Bridge will further enhance the vitality of the area,” says Samuel Tuomola, Premico’s CIO.
