Slättö has acquired two residential portfolios in Finland, with a total value of 130 million euros. For one of the residential portfolios, Slättö is collaborating with Premico.
The residential portfolio consists of 544 apartments located in the capital region and Tampere. Premico serves as the asset manager for the portfolio and has also alongside Slättö and its co-investors invested in the deal. Premico will oversee the overall portfolio and thus be responsible for the operational implementation of the business plan. For this portfolio, Premico also acted as an advisor to Slättö during the acquisition phase.
