The Construction Quality Association (RALA) in Finland has granted Premico’s Construction Management business updated quality and environmental certificates. RALA certificates confirm that Premico’s quality and environmental management systems meet the requirements of the certification procedure.
Premico’s construction management processes are guided by its own quality management system, which is first audited internally before an external assessment. The results are shared with RALA’s external auditor, who reviews the quality system in advance and evaluates operational practices on-site through practical examples. At the conclusion of the assessment, the auditor presents their findings, any non-conformities requiring immediate correction, and suggestions for further improvement.
Tuomo Lindstedt, Director of Construction Management, expressed his satisfaction: “The audit process went smoothly, and we are once again pleased to confirm that our quality system withstands external scrutiny. On the other hand, the audit also compels us to pause, review our operating models, and consider how we can continue to improve our operations.”
Premico was first awarded the RALA Quality Certificate in 2015 and the RALA Environmental Certificate in 2020. The most recent audit for both certificates was conducted on 6 September 2024, and the new certificates are valid until 31 December 2025. The validity of the certificates requires the company to develop its methods and improve its operations based on monitoring and feedback.
