Premico revamped its strategy in early summer 2024, emphasizing increased digitalization of its operations. The goal is to boldly adopt solutions that enhance the resident experience. The partnership with Komu Homes, starting in the fall, supports this strategic objective.
Komu Homes provides a comprehensive solution covering the entire lifecycle of a resident, from renting an apartment to the end of the lease term. This enables residents to manage their affairs from a single platform without the need for multiple services, ensuring a seamless and worry-free living experience.
