Energy efficiency
International climate agreements and energy efficiency directives set strict targets for Finland to reduce emissions in order to mitigate climate change. The energy consumption of buildings has a significant impact on emissions, as their energy consumption accounts for about 40% of all energy used in Finland. Our building stock is renewing relatively slowly, so energy-saving measures must also be targeted at existing buildings. Repairs aimed solely at improving energy efficiency are rarely economically viable. The greatest benefit is achieved when measures to improve energy efficiency are implemented as part of more extensive, necessary repairs.
We consult on energy efficiency solutions and, if necessary, provide energy consumption evaluations and feasibility studies.
