Asunto Oy Helsingin Postinkulku, a project by Premico Residential Fund III, has achieved the internationally recognized LEED Gold environmental certification. The certification is awarded to buildings that meet high standards in energy efficiency, responsibility, and environmentally friendly design.
Located in the Postipuisto district of northern Helsinki, Postinkulku is an energy class A residential property featuring 99 high-quality rental apartments, two commercial units, and a top-floor sauna facility. Residents also have access to the versatile Postivarikko community building within the block. The design of Postinkulku emphasizes comprehensive sustainability – energy efficiency, the use of renewable energy, environmentally responsible materials, and high indoor air quality.

All projects within Premico Residential Fund III have received either LEED Gold or BREEAM Very Good environmental certification. Established in 2022, the fund invests exclusively in EU taxonomy-aligned assets and targets operational carbon neutrality. Premico acts as the fund’s investment advisor.
