Linda Hopea-Ilomäki has been appointed fund controller and Mika Säisänen has been appointed team manager for technical management. Both will start in their positions on 21.10.2024.
In her most recent role, Linda Hopea-Ilomäki worked as an accounting specialist at LocalTapiola Real Estate Asset Management Ltd (LähiTapiola Kiinteistövarainhoito Oy), responsible for the valuation of real estate investment funds, investor and authority reporting and financial coordination. Linda has extensive experience in LocalTapiola Group’s expert positions, e.g. in investment accounting and reporting development and automation tasks.

Mika Säisänen worked in his most recent role at Newsec as Service manager, before which he was Senior property manager and Team leader, responsible for managing the property management team and customer relationship management. In addition to his long history at Newsec, Mika has worked e.g. at Ovenia Isännöinti Oy as Regional director for southern Finland and at Fazer as property manager and team leader.
