Premico has appointed Anu Tuomola as a new member of the company’s Board of Directors, effective 1 August 2026.
Anu Tuomola serves as Executive Vice President, Legal Affairs at SOK and as a member of SOK’s Corporate Management Team. She has previously served as General Counsel at SRV Group, Purmo Group and Citycon, and as a Partner and Head of the Real Estate Transactions Practice at Castrén & Snellman. Tuomola has extensive experience in the real estate sector, supporting businesses through periods of change and growth, as well as board work, legal guidance and strategic decision-making. She holds an LL.M. and an eMBA and has completed judicial court training.
