  • Prime

    Premico acts as the local operating partner to Morgan Stanley in the ownership and development of a residential portfolio of approximately 350 apartments located in the Greater Helsinki area. The investment strategy has focused on acquiring existing properties in prime locations and redeveloping them into high-quality rental apartments.

  • Cleo

    Premico acts as the local operating partner to Morgan Stanley in the ownership and development of a residential portfolio of more than 500 apartments located in the Greater Helsinki area. The objective is to increase rental income and portfolio value through, among other measures, apartment refurbishments and active asset development.

  • Eden

    Premico acts as a co-investor and local operating partner to the Nordic fund management company Slättö in the management of a residential portfolio of 544 apartments. The properties are located in the Greater Helsinki area and in Tampere. Premico is responsible for the practical implementation of the portfolio’s business plan and also acted as Slättö’s advisor already at the acquisition stage.
