Premico’s values guide the companny’s daily work, decision-making and culture. They define how we act towards colleagues, clients and partners.

The current values were defined in 2024 as part of the company’s strategy process, through close dialogue with both employees and clients. They reflect the principles that guide our work and the kind of responsible, ambitious and collaborative culture we seek to strengthen.
