Premico has appointed Tiina Ultamo as the company’s new compliance and risk management manager. Ultamo will assume her position on 5 August 2024. The appointment strengthens Premico’s commitment to responsible real estate investment and the development of the company’s administrative functions.
Tiina Ultamo has 17 years of diverse experience with various types of fund management companies and alternative investment fund managers. In her most recent role, she focused on risk management with real estate and private equity funds at LähiTapiola Alternative Funds Ltd. Ultamo has a solid understanding and the ability to apply regulations concerning alternative investment fund managers to business operations, as well as a development-oriented attitude towards enhancing the organization’s expertise.
“We strongly believe at Premico that risk management and ensuring compliance are crucial parts of responsible and successful business operations. Therefore, we have sought to find an experienced professional to develop our compliance and risk management functions,” says Ville Siivonen, Director, Residential Funds at Premico.
