• Construction of an extension on the Lönnrotinkatu side, interior renovation, and the creation of new hotel rooms, including the renewal of building services. As a result of the project, the number of hotel rooms increased from 222 to 296. Of the hotel rooms, 55 are windowless and 14 are accessible.
• A special feature of the project is the windowless rooms and the logistically challenging central downtown area.
• After the project, we have been responsible for the technical management of the site.
