The year 2024 is coming to an end, and it is a good time to pause and reflect on the events of the past year.
This past year has been a significant time for us to look forward. We updated the group’s business strategy and clarified our direction. We added courage to our values, and in line with our strategy, we invested in digitalisation in collaboration with Komu Homes.
Our portfolio grew significantly when we established a new joint investment structure with a capital partner in the summer. The rental market remained challenging, especially in the Helsinki metropolitan area, but with the balance of supply and demand improving, the coming year looks much brighter.
