Premico’s Construction Management holds the RALA certification for planning and project management services, as well as quality and environmental certifications granted by the Construction Quality RALA ry. RALA audits are regularly conducted at Premico on an annual basis.
The purpose of RALA certification is to enhance the level of management systems for companies in the construction industry. This is aimed at improving competitiveness and operational quality by providing an assessment and approval process that supports these goals. The main objective of certification is also to encourage companies to systematically improve their operational methods, disseminate information about certified companies, and assist clients in evaluating and choosing companies. Through the certificate, companies can demonstrate a high level of quality management, environmental performance, and/or safety practices.
The RALA certificate is valid for a maximum of three years at a time and requires continuous compliance with requirements. The certification process involves self-assessment, external evaluation, and follow-up assessments.
