Premico Construction Management served as the construction consultant for the modernisation and renovation of Aalto University’s Töölö Campus.
- The modernisation of building services and the comprehensive renovation of the teaching facility, originally built in 1950 for the School of Economics, to accommodate the international educational operations of Aalto EE. In addition to the premises, the project includes the facilities of Restaurant Töölö, rentable office spaces, a sauna department, and a sports hall.
- A distinctive feature of this commercial property project is the creation of a timeless and modern international learning environment while preserving the characteristic features of the historically significant and protected building. The project involved substantial restoration and even reinstatement of original elements.
- Premico Construction Management acted as the construction management consultant and project manager and was responsible for the competitive tendering of designers.
