- Modernization of building services and renovation of the facilities of the teaching building, constructed in 1950, for the use of the School of Business and international education activities of Aalto EE. Additionally, the project includes the facilities of Restaurant Töölö, rentable office spaces, a sauna section, and a gymnasium.
- A special feature of the project is the creation of a timeless modern international learning environment while considering the characteristics of the protected building. The project involved a significant amount of restoration and even reinstatement.
