Significant improvements have been made to properties managed by Premico, enhancing resident satisfaction and the overall appeal of the areas.<\/strong>\"\"<\/p>\n

Since spring 2022, Premico has managed the properties “Graniittitie 18-20<\/a>” near the center of S\u00f6derkulla and “Pellaksenm\u00e4entie 13<\/a>” in Espoo’s J\u00e4rvenper\u00e4. Prior to the ownership change, tenant selection was restricted to certain groups, leading to disturbances and unfinished conditions in these properties.<\/p>\n

“Peaceful, no disturbances from neighbors”<\/h2>\n

The improvements implemented have been diverse. The key measures have been diversifying the tenant base, introducing security at the Pellaksenm\u00e4entie property, and completing the unfinished repairs. The tidier environment and improved lighting have increased the area’s appeal and sense of safety. Additionally, a yard renovation at Pellaksenm\u00e4entie has made the outdoor area more child-friendly.<\/p>\n

These changes have also had a positive impact on surrounding properties. “Peaceful, no disturbances from neighbors<\/em>,” was one comment in a local Facebook group.<\/p>\n

Premico’s goal is to promote resident happiness, and early-year resident satisfaction results have been positive. The development work will continue, with a new digital customer service platform<\/a> soon to be introduced for residents.<\/p>\n
