Experienced real estate investment professional Ville Siivonen will assume his new role on 8 January 2024. He has been appointed Director, Residential Funds, within Premico\u2019s real estate investment business. With this appointment, Premico strengthens its organization and brings additional depth especially to the management and development of its residential funds.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"Ville\"<\/p>\n

Siivonen has nearly twenty years of experience in private equity funds, alternative investment fund structures, portfolio management, transactions and financing. He has also been involved in numerous real estate development projects both in Finland and in international environments. This diverse background provides him with a strong foundation to lead and further develop Premico\u2019s residential fund business.<\/p>\n

During his career, Siivonen has served as a Partner at Vicus Capital Advisors Oy, where his responsibilities included designing and implementing fund strategies and structures, capital raising, transactions and financing, as well as portfolio management. He also led real estate development and advisory projects. Earlier in his career, he worked as an M&A Analyst at Conventum Corporate Finance Oy between 2004 and 2005.<\/p>\n
